After receive payment, we will send out the goods within 2-3 working days.

If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agree time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.

All order without payment for more than 7days will be void.

Below 2kg (Exclude oversize item) = RM10

2kg-10kg (Exclude oversize item) = RM12

Oversize item will be charge according to the volumetric.

Free delivery service (wiithin Peninsular) for purchase above RM200 per order.

Free delivery service is NOT applicable for promotion items, oversize items, Karihome Products, diapers and total weight must below 10kg.

For Sabah/Sarawak customer, please request shipping quotation.

All the products, once sold, are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Return/Exchange is only allowed for items with manufacturing defects (subject to manufacturer’s warranty). please contact us at sales@babyphoebe.com.my within 3 days of the receipt of your product, we will try to rectify your problem and provide the best solution.




We will issue you RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMAF) to fill in and the item must be returned to us within 14days from the date of RMAF. Once the defect had been confirmed, we will either replace the defective parts or if possible to deliver a completely new product at our expense.




Besides, please be informed that we are not responsible for any loss or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange. Please try your best to ensure that items will not be damaged while posting it back to us by packing the items properly. The return item must be free of washed or used.

All products are not manufactured by us, therefore, we do not offer product warranty. Each manufacturer is providing different range of warranty, you are welcomed to e-mail us for more information.

It will be your own responsibility to install and use the product properly to ensure the product can reach the maximum performance. Therefore, please refer to the guidelines comes with the products before usage. If you find any problem in using the products, you are welcomed to contact us for guidance.
